We have implemented and delivered numbers of Test and Control stations for our customers. Many of our stations installed at our customer´s sites inspect and test parts for higher class cars such as the Audi Q8 or the Mercedes S-Class, where high demands are placed on inspection.
Checking the correctness and accuracy of completed assemblies, quality control and defects: We supply systems for Visual inspection and machine Vision, mostly using industrial cameras and lenses from the world’s largest manufacturer Basler, in cooperation with the automated inspection application software Vision Builder from the National Instruments. The Vision Builder inspection system provides a wide range of image processing and identification functions, including barcode and matrix code reading, optical character recognition (OCR), material surface inspection, accurate dimensional measurement, color inspection, adhesive and similar material inspection, LED module inspection and analysis and many other advanced algorithms.
Checking the functionality of completed assemblies:
We supply solutions for various inspections of mechanical assemblies, using servo drives and analyzing paths and forces.
Inspection of electronic parts:
We design and manufacture our own long life, high cycle load test connectors for the electronic parts analysis. Subsequently, we can check the parameters of electronic parts using converters and various measuring devices.
